Group Travel Fundraiser

Travel Two Thousand will work with you to select a trip/cruise that will maximize your fundraising efforts of your organization. We will then negotiate a deeply discounted price based on the expected size of the group. You may then elect to pass some or all of the savings on to your membership as an added incentive to sign up for your trip.

Some cruise lines and tour operators offer a special incentive for groups that can really add to your fundraising bottom line.  In some cases, for every 10 associates, relatives, co-workers or club members that go on the same trip, one passenger gets to go for free.  If  30 people sign up for your fundraiser, then three people travel for free. So, if you've got a big club or church group with 60 people committed to the trip, 6 could get to go free or we could credit your group the cost of those passengers.  If the already discounted price for the trip was $800.00 per person, your organization just realized a $4800 donation to the fundraiser.  Or, you may wish to raffle one or two of the free trips to perhaps increase the money you receive. Or, pass on the savings to all the others to lower the average cost to everyone.

Taking a trip/cruise with a group of your associates, club members or co-workers is also great fun. Setting up a group is a great way to get the lowest per person rates. Traveling in large groups also qualifies your party for larger discounts and increased value added benefits.
